What an escape room brings to a team

An escape room forces people to communicate: share a find, listen to an idea, split the leads, decide fast. Online, that happens on the shared board and in the chat, and everyone can contribute, quieter colleagues included.

The game runs in the browser, with nothing to install. Each participant signs in with Google or Discord and joins their team with an invite link.

Several teams at once

One game hosts several teams at the same time. Each has its own board and chat, progress is shared within the team, and the leaderboard compares escape times at the end. Just enough friendly competition between departments.

You can schedule the game to open and close at the time of your meeting, so everyone starts together.

A game master to run it

The organiser, or a chosen colleague, follows the game from the GM console: each team’s progress, live boards, hint requests, general chat. They measure out the help so every team reaches the end.

At the end, the solution appears with every team’s time. A good starting point for a debrief: who found what, and how the team organised itself.

To talk out loud, yes: In-Evasion has no audio. Run your usual video call alongside; each team’s text chat completes the conversation.
