Phantom Frequency

A numbers station silent since 1991 starts broadcasting again, the same night, on the same frequency. A listener recorded everything, hid what she found in a forum thread, then closed her account. You have three nights to work out who the station is talking to. Expert team game (up to 4 players), 8 to 12 hours over several sessions: spectrograms, steganography, ciphers, subtitles and a ten-hour tape. Two endings. Bring a computer, headphones and patience.
